Residential Septic Services

At Skelcher-Milani, our team specializes in aeration, sewer, and septic services. We are able to perform all types of septic repairs and installations. We understand that some problems can start without warning, and we want you to know that scheduling preventative maintenance with us will allow for these issues to be less frequent.

What Our Contract Includes

  • Two visits per year to maintain proper operation of the system.
  • Cleaning and checking motors and shafts, or pumps and filters.
  • Inspect water levels.
  • Inspect effluent quality.
  • Inspect inflow, outflow, and discharge pipes for blockage.
  • Inspect the control panel if accessible.
  • Reduced charges for repair work under contract.
  • Reduced charges for pumping in the immediate area.
  • One courtesy call per year with no service call attached.
  • While under contract, we will keep records of maintenance activities.

What Our Contract Does Not Include

  • Chlorine tablets or UV bulbs.
  • Pumping of the tank.
  • Repair or replacement of motors not under warranty.
  • Labor is needed for repairs.
